Local Network

We can manage the PCs on our local network from LServerAdmin application.

There is already a group Terminal Servers which contains virtual machines ltsp, winsrvts

We will create a new group, with the name we want e.g. Lab 1

• PC groups

Next we will add local network PCs on this group.

• If they boot from network
  • Add LTSP Client
• If they have local Linux or Window installations
  • Local Network Information
  • Add Windows 7 Client PC
  • Add Linux Client PC

After adding to LServerAdmin administration we can do remote installations of services (nis, nfs), software (italc), add to Windows domain etc..

In case we need to boot from the OS installed on the local disk we do the following.
