Quota Usage

Applies to the files in the personal folder of each user

1. From the initial menu of LServerAdmin application we select Services / Basic Services / Users Profile / Configure
2. We select Personal Folder
3. We set the quota usage in MB

Applies to teacher accounts with write permissions on folders public, shared

1. From the initial menu of LServerAdmin application we select Services / Basic Services / Users Profile / Configure
2. We select Network Files
3. We set the quota usage in MB

If necessary, we can set unlimited quota on an administrator or teacher account (configure user with no quota limit), but we should monitor disk usage not to get too excessive.

1. From the initial menu of LServerAdmin application we select Services / Basic Services / Users Profile / Configure
2. We select No quota users
3. We check with SPACE our personal user account and press OK. We just set unlimited quota space on our personal user.

• Windows : To monitor disk usage we can use WinDirStat application as an administrator to see all users disk usage on C:\Users or as a simple user to see our disk usage on X:\
• Linux : QDirStat is an equivalent application on System Tools menu.
